Hi, recently i experienced a full stomach pain that increased gradually. Doctor prescribed some antibiotics and suggested for ultrasound. Antibiotics helped me get rid of my pain. Then i went for ultrasound and got diagnosed with 13 mm appendicitis. Sir, please suggest whether i should go for surgery or antibiotics can help me avoid any surgery

From 1 month I am suffering and excessive gas and bloating after dinner and also fullness in stomach. Also pain in upper middle abdomen which comes and go many times in a day .pls help ...
