Curds / yogurt is considered as natural probiotics isn't. But when typically ibs is there or routine time is day to day fluctuating why some doctors advice to stop milk products.. even patient is not traced under celiac disease

Curd is usually not ADVICED to be stopped. Although other dairy products are stopped. There are no proven facts but it has been observed to benefit. Different people's intestines react differently to different food products. Animal foods are usually not accepted by our intestines as good as plant foods. If our diet is based on plants completely then almost most of the digestive and other diet based diseases are controlled.
