Sir i have esophagitis grade A for ten days my esophagus burning treatment for gerd and how to heal my esophagitis

Loose motion like water. Seems like nothing staying in stomach.Taking Electrolytes regularly and also took entroquinol. Yesterday had mile fever but it's gone completely.
