Hlw,Three months ago i done my colonoscopy and i had few ulcers( minor ulcer). I just want to know can i workout in gym? will it affect my ulcer if i do intense workout because some exercise like deadlift,squat,plank is the core exercise of stomach.

Hello,I am single female 29yrs old.I've been suffering from pain in the upper and lower part of stomach and loose motion since 2month. Then i have taken loose motion and stoamch pain medicine.There were many motions coming before not taking this medicine as Tab normaxin,cap emmodium,Tab Revotril.Now the condition is that after eating the medicine, the motion stopped completely and atleast I should come once a day.No one can tell me that any of these medicines are effective.If it is, then who does not take medicine from it?
