I am having heavy stomach issues since last one week. The stomach always feels filled and there is no hunger at all. Please suggest

Hi , I have been facing nausea issue in the morning while brushing for many years but it never gave me any problem during day or night . For last couple of months I have of bloating and I get acid in mouth which cause teeth pain , bitter taste , I can sleep on my back . I have to sleep with elevated bed . I am facing lot of acid problems . I have met a doctor he gave some anta acid but it's not helpful . I have done LFT which shows SGPT - 68 and GGT 93 . Please suggest .

I am having pointed pain in right top abdomen. It is like burning sensation at one point only. I am having pain in back side of the same location. It is causing pain if I press it little hard and in the back as well. Could you please help what this could be
