My mother recently diagnosed with multiple gallbladder calculi. Doctor suggest for surgery to remove the gallbladder. Can it be cure without surgery?

Hi I have been experiencing slight bloating and abdominal pain from past 7-8 days.The pain is minor but occurs in different areas of the abdomen(mainly lower abdomen) at different times and the discomfort is relieved by burping.The discomfort has not gotten worst over these days.Also would like to mention that i have recently been traveling which has resulted in constantly eating outside food.Would love to know the cause and ways to resolve and hopefully nothing serious to worry about.Please help.I read on google that it could be cancer hence was little worried.

Whenever I eat breakfast I get pimples on my face. If oh eat oats then same day pimples comes on face.
