I am not feeling hungry.Not feeling wanted to eat for past 1 month . I lost 3 kgs In a month . Please advise

Stomach is paining whole Right side tightness and tendering Like smthing pinching inside right stomach

I am unable to digest my food proerly as result the excreta comes in the state of semi solid and looks like food doesn't digest.

I see my stomach beating have done all test chest x-ray echo blood test endoscopy shows small ulcers in stomach when I am stressed stomach gets tight and shortness of breath

Im vegetarian.I get body pain mostly in back, thighs and legs after eating protein rich foods like sprouts, soya, wheat roti or kuttu. I do not take any protein supplements and usually keep low protein diet ( less than daily need of 1gper kg) still if sometime i eat small quantity of above foods or high protein food. Even a glass of milk sometime very early morning like 4am causes pain in thighs. I get immense pain and I cant sleep. What is the problem I have and what is the solution ?

Whether to take any antacid with Norflox TZ? Is taking NTZ for three days is fine? Whether it should be taken empty stomach?
