When I go for washroom in morning some blood dropped in stool .It is very painful.the pain in ans ful day

From last 5 year i had obeserved That every year i felt stomach pain and my stomach make me feel too heavy, i mean every year food poisons happens to me in my stomach, please guide me to which doctor i should approach.

From past 3-4 days I am  Suffering from stomach cramps and had to go 7 to 8 times for motion. And in motion there were mucus and some times blood traces were also there. Taken metrogyl for a day didn't help. Right now feel little comfortable while taking Nizonide 500, Darolac and Oflox 200. But still not feeling perfect. Take those medicines for one day. Should continue with the same medicines or I should change.

I had restaurant food that didn't suit my stomach. I developed a fever within 3 hours. I took dolo 650 and fever came down. The next day post having breakfast(idli) I got fever again. Today I took sporlac tablet and lemon water. Do I require an antibiotic? Please advise.

Whenever I take a meal, I get a pressure and I go to loo. There is no pin in stomach, No stool issues. It is just that when i eat i need to go to loo.
