Hi doc, My 2 year old son having stomach ache and dry lips since two days and also not taking foods except milk only. Please suggest some medicine for the same

I was diagnosed with fissure. I am high on fiber. My diet : Breakfast - oat bran with 1 apple and 1 banana and 2 figs and some chia seeds Lunch - brown rice with some green vegetable Snack - orange or watermelon or papaya Dinner - brown rice with some green vegetable No matter how much i drink, it all comes out in urine. My stool is small, black and difficult to pass. I am having multiple bowel movements. I was prescribed duphalac. What am i doing wrong?
