I have a problem of incomplete evacuation(on putting finger i feel a bulge sort of in rectum )and on straining the incomplete feeling increases and i feel rectum deposited in finger(it shrinks)I have SRUS..Doctor said that for better clarity he would do STARR only but with a bigger proctoscope and inflating rectum with co2 for better vision(like laparoscopy) kindly help me take the right decision...Will this surgery benefit me?Doc said that the benefits of this surgery is unpredictable...Which is the best procedure for me...plz help...Im puzzled..Kindly tell..

Well there are many options available as surgery ...like rectopexy, STARR procedure....but for that u need to consult a surgeon for second opinion... Without examining it's difficult to tell which procedure will benifit you..
