Increased bowel movement frequency
Hi all, I switched to a plant based food diet in March and my frequency of bowel movements increased from once a day to twice a day. Recently I increased the salad intake in my food and now having bowel movement thrice a day. Once when I wake up, once right after lunch and once right after dinner (within half an hour of lunch and dinner). Is this normal? What do I do to decrease the frequency of bowel movements. I'm really worried. Thank you

Certain foods increase the frequency Nd certain foods decrease the frequency. He purpose of plant based diet is not to control the frequency but to control the disease. Also it takes time atleast 3 months  for plant based diet to show benefit if followed correctly.
