I have been facing difficulty in swallowing for 6months sometimes heart burns.My endoscopy report is small hiatus hernia and short segment Barrett's oesophagus .please suggest me.

Small hiatus does not cause severe problem..,but Barrett's esophagus is not good sign...can't leave without treatment...so take medicine for sometime and repeat endoscopy....if symptoms persist or Barrett's increases go for corrective surgery...
