Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor, Below are my symptoms and medications that I took. Please note that the intensity of these are increasing. Since past 1.5 months irregular bowel movement. Severe gastric issues experienced for past few days. Not sure if it was a gastric attack, but last Sunday early morning I wasn't able to breathe , neither burp or release gas build up in any form. Pan 40 is helping.Taking it twice a day since last 7 days. Experiencing Pins and needles in the body mostly in legs, even while sleeping. Not continuous but sometimes. Feels dizzy and vision blurs sometimes. Fatigued all day. Can't even pick a little weight. Makes breathing difficult. Taking Vitamin D also once a week as it's level is low. Constipation is not getting cured even with Senasof medicine and isabgol. 14 days back I was down with fever for 3 days. P650 was taken. I was prescribed - tab AB500 for 5 days and tab Befadox for 10 days by a local GP. But still the problem. Looking for an advice. Thank you !

My doctor suggested me Sr Calcium Test but by mistake it was not done. I want to know if Sr Calcium Test is included in KFT and LFT. I went for test but Lab staff told me that I don't need Sr Calcium Test as it is included in KFT.

Hi, I m suffering from pain near by liver area while touching,i hve done cect whole abdomen and results came out that liver enlarged 161.7 and multiple mesenteric lymph node and largest size is 7 mm...my doctor not said anything releted to me only give some multivitamins. Kindly advise is that any serious things? What should i do? Thankyou!

Gas and bloating in upper abdomen after food. Lipase 86.Amylase within range. Little fat deposit on pancreas. Though feeling better after taking pankreoflat 1tab after dinner for last 20days but it is there not totally gone. Please suggest.

Chronical liver disease patient from last 2 years( found Corona positive ) from 4 days before, he have no symptoms started yet...how do we take care of him?

I was diagnosed with typhoid in March, 20, I had taken homeopathic medication and later allopathic also (ciplax tz) . However whenever I have gas in my stomach, fever comes in the morning and I feel weakness after waking up for few minutes say 30 to 40 minutes. This weakness comes without fever also or it may happen that sometimes fever is there but I may do not feel the fever.

I am suffering from gas and acidity problem. Gas comes upward from stomach but cannot burp. Heart beat increases and little breathlessness. During practicing pranayam also i face this upward gas problem. I face this problem also when i go outside in heat of sun. Kindly make raply.

Yesterday i had eaten outside food in the Morning, and i was ok at that time but as the day continued, I started feeling unwell. First i had a headache and cramps in stomach which would ease with passing Gas, and then in the night i got extremely feverish in just a matter of 1 hour, i couldn't sleep the whole night due to something going on in my body, i feel like i jave fever but actually i don't. I had woken this morning and felt a little bit better but that fever stuff is still not gone and still there are cramps in stomach but at very low intensity. Should i consult a doctor for this?
