Hi doc, I have muscle cramps from last 3 days and the pain is terrible after having liquid or food. Vomit like feeling while eating food. Please suggest some remedies and medicines.

Hi Doctor! Around 45 days back I felt pain in lower left side of my stomach and consulted a doctor who prescribed me medicines and asked tobget Ultrasound done . With medicines my pain was gone but ultrasound showed fatty liver grade 1 with liver enlargement of 15.7 cms. I got blood test done after that in which I got SGPT 30 and SGOT 120. I told doctor about my last year Ultrasound which also showed fatty liver of grade 1 but no enlargement. Last year my SGPT was 143 and SGOT was 90 . I do take alcohol and smoke as well . But after one month of without alcohol my both values were normal last year. Now doctor gave me medicine for one month and I didn't take any alcohol or smoke from last 40 days but my blood report now shows SGPT as 63 and SGOT as 30 . My triglycerides were at 251 which is now 219 after a month . My doctor is not in town for few days and I am wondering why SGPT increased now . Please guide me .

My husband is suffering from acute gastric and boating problem. Used to have medicines prescribed by a local doctor but once the course finished the problem starts again. The stomach remains tight and bloated always. Passing gas and having loss of appetite . Please advise. He doesnot consume outside food and don't have any addiction too.

15 days back due to lack of sleep for 3days he got sever acidity and he kept getting burps and slight stomach pain so he was taking medicines and having non spicy food and feeling better, yesterday night he again dint get sleep after midnight and since morning he is feeling uneasy and getting burps and slight stomach pain.

Sir, I did stool routine test and everything was normal except yellowish colour but today it shows e histolytica cyst and mucus in stool...also taking medication for grade one fatty liver with hepatomegaly... No diarrhea ,but sometimes cramping happen and mild burning in stomoch.. should i go for another stool test to confirm e histolytica ?or what medication should i take or it goes by own??
