My mother ,69 year old, is having hyperacidity since last 25 years and she has been taking antacids regularly. She used to have GERD like symptoms and food came into throat while sleeping. Also,she had been diagnosed with gallbladder stones 5 years back.She had some problems with swallowing food and severe pain and vomiting since that time.Now,since the last 6 months,she has been suffering from loose motions atleast twice to thrice in the morning and sometimes it gets more severe also. Please advise.

Sir / Madam , I am having IBS issue for past many years . Have been taken all kind of medicine but its not totally curable due to this my stomach is upset all the time & lots of pain below the chest & in intestine part. My mainly problem is gastric & constipation. Lot of Gasses are in build in stomach area sometime gas are passing normally & some time its getting blocked.which caused me lot pain & itching in stomach. Currently for pain I m taking drotin DS & for clear motion taking laxatives , fiber powder . I have acid reflux problem I was diagnosed with Laryngopharyngeal reflux ( LPR) in 2012 After that I had acid reflux regularly after over eating From last 2 month I see steaks of blood in my saliva when I wake up It’s only early morning and my throat is dry when I wake up Blood doesn’t show up whole day And sometimes I see notice coffee colour saliva when I wake up Sometimes blood don’t show up from 2 days then again it starts with same problem I don’t have any heart burn No chest pain No stomach pain Stool is fine no changes No weight loss I have been to ENT nothing found Chest extract was done nothing in that too I m confused what could be the reason

I don't know the reason but I always feel that abdomen is filled with gas which virtually true. I am  experiencing this since 2016. And sometimes it occurs with out any reason

I have acute gastric ... Recently I had sore throat and doctor prescribed Azithromycin 500mg for 3 days ... First day was ok ..but second day I had acute gas and stomach pain followed by passing stool three times (not diarrhoea but not solid also) .. after that I did not take Azithromycin and now my stomach is back to normal .. I  have cold,nasal congestion, no cough, no fever .. but I'm afraid to take Azithromycin .. but everyone says to take Azithromycin for faster recovery .. what to do?

I was recently diagnosed with Fatty Liver with elevated levels SGPT-150, SGOT-77 and Bilirubin(Indirect)- 1.08 . The 25-OH Vitamin D(Total) also came to be deficient at 15.31 ng/ml due to liver damage and absorbtion by fat cells due to obesity. But I am finding only Vitamin D Cholecalciferol supplements in the market, which cannot be processed well in my fatty liver. So, please suggest some Calcidiol (25- Hydroxy Vitamin D) supplements in direct form, in order to prevent other Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency diseases.
