I have 3.3 jaundice and I am suffering from Past 3 months . So , Can I eat bread ?

I have been taking meds (providac, rlfagut 400 and pantosec) as advised during the consultation. Loose motions have substantially stopped but vomiting continues. Yesterday and today morning I took Ondem 4mg and vomiting has not completely stopped but it is somewhat better. the problem is weakness and dizziness. I thought it was due to dehydration I have been taking electral and ORS and glucose D from past one week. I eat a healthy fruitful diet from last 4-5 days. But still I feel the same weakness and dizziness and it is getting even worse.i have problem now seeing and walking in my room.v Now it is rough for me to get out of bed rather than do other chores. I have also been taking maxirich too. Please help
