Consiptation ,from 2years. Consulted doctor , suggested creamaffin plus syrup. It has temporary effect and adverse effect if using more than 3months I want to cure it , permanently. Please suggest me some medicine. Thank you.

In this lockdown phase as their is no physical activity so I am facing Gas problem and constipation problem My daily routine goes like this: Tea:11:00 AM Breakfast: 12:30PM Lunch :3:30PM Evening snacks:7:00PM Dinner: 11PM Can someone suggest me what is the perfect time and how can I overcome this constipation problem ?

Hello doctor.2 days before i had severe stomach pain due to gas that radiated towards back and backbone.for which my gynae prescribed drotin M.i have a 1 month old baby whom im breast feeding.next night that same pain i had in chest region that eased after vomiting.i also have constipation often. My question is after taking drotin i noticed urine colour is dark mostly orangish.even after 2 days.is this normal?
