Hi, I am not getting stool from past 7 days and I am having food regularly and doing everything but no use. Please suggest a solution for this constipation problem.

drink plenty of water and eat High fibrous diet if not allergic, then can take syrup movicol 25 ml in 💯 ML of water at bed time....but will advise examination is required
