I am having trapped gas in chest from last few months. It causes stiffness in left part of chrst. What can it be ??????

When wipe off my anus I feel three lumps type structure which after sometime of pooping go inside again so it the cause of blood in my stool sometimes...

I am having severe acid reflux from last 5 months. Tightness in left chest till back. Stabbing like in chest and soreness in throat. Tried everything antacids as well as homeopathy as well as simplest diet possible. Still no result. WHAT AND WHY IS THIS? please don't say for endoscopy or consult in private. Please tell why is this?

My father who is 74 yrs, fell ill 10 days ago with fever and bodyache. After consultation with our regular doctor, he was put under certain medications. Now he recovered from fever but still he is not liking any food intake & hence became too much weak. I am too concerned about his health. What should I do? The medicines he is consuming are : OMEE D, Ezecet 10, SUMO Pain Reliever, Tox O Antibiotic, Cachlactin Syrup. Glucose Drip was also given thru IV. Pls suggest further. He is not taking any food since last 2 days.

I have some ear pain, lower jaw pain with swelling since may. I have been prescribed amoxicillin in may for a week. I took it for a week. Went to ENT and he gave cefdinir for a week in June. I have taken that for 4 days. Extracted wisdom tooth in July and taken antibiotics amoxicillin for a week in July. I still have the same lower jaw pain. Dentist told me that I need a RCT. So, he put me on antibiotics amoxicillin now before root canal treatment. I took amoxicillin twice a day for past 2 days. Today I have stomach cramp, discomfort and passed loose stools 4 times. I am passing stools immediately after eating or drinking tea/coffee. It's loose liquid stools. I hear some grumbling noise in the stomach. Is this normal? Taking too much antibiotics in the past 3 months harmful to the stomach? I have taken liver test and kidney blood test last month and both were normal.

Dear Doctors, I am suffering from acid reflux since few years. Last year I consulted a Gastroenterologist and he confirmed me Hiatal Hernia. He prescribed 2 medicines and 1 syrup. I used those medicines for 2 months and later I did not feel any changes in the condition. Actually the acid reflux increased after starting the Medication. So I stopped the medication. I Live away from the city area and due to COVID, I am not able to consult the doctor. What can I do about this condition. The medication did not give me any relief rather it increased the acid reflux. I am not able to concentrate on my studies and not able to sleep properly also. Kindly advice how can I solve my health condition.

I am suffering for sleeping problem at night for 4-5 days, and that's why I am having acidity. Should I take amytriptyline 10 for some days? I was diagnosed with GERD in 2017,but I managed to control it.
