Sir during routine checkup of body i got following results as Sgpt-92 Sgot -53 Bilburin-1.2 Pt-15 second Inr-1.15 Platelets-1.47 lac After meeting gastroenterologist he advised cirrosam -400 and udiliv 300 and he also did endoscopy in which he found gerd with la-b pangastris. in fibroscan done by ARFI,got results- Liver stiffness-5.1 kpa Velocity-1.3 Liver eqi-16.7 % Spleen size-8.4 Liver size-16.4 cm Portal vein -8.6,Recently checked for vitamin b12 and level were down as 131 for which i m taking injection. Also did ENHANCED LIVER FIBROSIS PANEL TEST FROM DR LAL AND RESULTS ARE HALURAUNIC ACID-18, N TERMINAL PROPEPTIDE -6.56(NORMAL IS LESS THAN 7.85) TIMP -1-194.20( should be less than 138) ELF SCORE-8.26 history of binge alcoholic,blood sugar fasting-103, cholesterol-143,hdl-35, triglycerides-155(<150),vldl-31(<30), platelets-2 lac after taking udiliv,mpv-13.1...I want to know the correct treatment and is it reversible disease??? accuracy of ELF test

Irrespective of how much I eat, I bloat and vomit like anything. Feels I'll throw my intestines out. That creates much pain around the chest and lower ribcage too. I had been through the acute appendicitis operation already 2years back.

I have GERD problm .. inflammation in throat ! Managing it with lifestyle changes n dietary habits .. before I had difficult in swallowing but now I manage it's improving .. but after eating instant burp a lot ! N burning sensation in throat .now I m confused is it only coz of reflux or any bacterial infection .. I m suffering from this 2-3 months ..I started Ppi and anti acid .. but symptoms were same so I stoped .. now confuse it there any bacterial infection ! In throat .. how to diagnose

I have acidity issues for 1.5 years now along with occasional constipation. I take proper diet and wat er intake is 4-5 litres per day. I am tired of taking Allopathic (Pantosec DSR in morning) and Digene/Antacid in emergencies. I got full abdominal ultrasound done, all good. Full body check up, every parameter normal. I want to get rid of it completely for life as it bothers me and increases my stress/Anxiety a lot. Should I go for a Ayurvedic or Homeopathic Treatment? Or is there anything Else which can fix it for life

Hello, my father has undergone left hepatectomy in Sept 2019 also his gall bladder was removed at the same time.he is doing fine.but since 15 days every three to four days after he suffers from 2 to 3 motions.also sometimes little mucous is also coming out.redotil and vsl3 are given whenever he gets motions.but this is third time in 15 days duration so m bit worried.also we gave him some some non veg 15 days ago. And in February CT scan was done to check liver status and it showed like liver is normal in size and position and doc also said he is perfectly fine now .pls help me with ur valuable suggestions..

I get slight pain after eating too much rice and ground nuts soaked in water. These days I started eating soaked almonds and ground nuts and when I stomach is becoming full it is kind of creating slight pain near liver side.. Why is this Happening and what is the remedy? Thanks

My five year old is having constant burps through out the day. She is not complaining of any pain in her stomach or throat. Her daily routine is normal . After consulting a doctor we used Lanzol for a week , but still she is having burps . Then we started using pan 20 and Sucral syrup since yesterday . She is still having burps through out the day . She burps even after having a small glass of water . We did not give her any junk food for the past couple of months . We are avoiding spicy food as well. We are worried. Looking forward for suggestions.
