I am daiagnosied with COVID for last 14 days  and no symptoms shown up from last 9 days. I am using just gastric tab and multi vitamins.My saturation level is good like 96 to 99 always. But from yesterday , I am facing hiccups like gastric and breathing discomfort. Is it symptom of worry?? I don't have anything as of now except this discomfort at throat.

Mild pain is there in right abdomen, just downside of rib cage for more than 2 weeks. Pain areas are not consistent i.e Some times it pains in lower right stomach and lower back also. Appetite is good.
