Stomach Problems & Remedies

I don't know how to approach this problem as the reason for this problem still not clear,I feel hungry but difficulty in swallowing as there's some obstruction in between so, kindly suggest me how to cure this ineffective esophageal motility and does this problem have solution or not? Kindly help mam/sir.

Please I need help.. It's been three days, My stool doesn't pass properly. Sometimes I feel like to go to bathroom but stool doesnt come out.Yesterday I tried Ayurvedic pet saffa,I had little stool but that didn't help me too. It repeat again.   This stool problem started when i Noticed strange thing in my left lower abdominal.  I feel slight movement and a very light weight is stick in abdomen. All these happen frequently with some gap of time.  There is no pain..I'm just afarid that I have not pooped properly for 3 days and light weight sensation in my lower abdomen is worrying me more. Since 2 months he has pain in stomach, have swelling in stomach area, he is not able to eat food properly.

My lymphocytes -50, esr is 60, platelets are 48400 cmm and CRP is 4.4 with elevated lipid profile. I am taking B12 everyday once and I had pretty bad tongue sores/infection for past few weeks and it seems to be getting better. My stomach feels bloated, acidity and sometime very light pain, motions are not very regular.

I am suffering from acidity plus some kind of itching in my neck while sleeping. After eating acid reflux comes out. Please suggest what's need to done

Hi. I have had this nauseating feeling since Sunday night after dinner wherein I had some soya gravy with rice. Loose motions have persisted since yesterday morning- thrice yesterday and twice today. I have been hydrating myself with water and ORS and have eaten some bananas, mildly spiced home made food, curd rice. Some physical weakness is also noticeable. I also took one dose of Loperamide Hydrochloride around 3 PM today but there has been no major improvement in the situation. Please suggest. Thanks!
