Hello gud evng Dr. My report say hiatus hernia stage 2 It's hvy single side chest pain . Taking tab but alternative days I wl get pain. It's complicated or wt may I knw. Can I w8 for a 3month 2 do surgery or may I know Dr.

This has started only during lockdown. My hunger does not seem to satisfied no matter how much I'm eating. Even while eating food my stomach makes sounds. When eating, It feels like the food is not reaching my stomach at all and I'm constantly feeling hungry. Because of this, I developed acidity and burning sensation also and after some medicine the acidity has subsided. I feel hungry but don't feel like eating or feel nauseous or bloated while eating. My hunger is not getting satiated. I'm feeling weak and sleepy most days and even feel cold nowadays. Sometimes my throat n neck feel very hot and uncomfortable. (I'm also facing severe hair loss because of this) Some days it's so bad that I cannot sleep. Please advise.

Since 2-3 days I am having stomach bloating problem, specially in early morning 4-5 am. I am on immunosuppressants since 11 years. Not eating any spicy, salty and oily meals. Not drinking of any beverages. Doing walking and vajrasana on daily basis. Kindly suggest without any additional medications.

Stomach is making regular sound, irregular burps and ulcer in mouth(it has gone now with application of gel). Motions are not lose. Have taken Norflox-400 twice

Body pains, digestion issues, head ache and pain in stomach. Pain in chest sometimes. Vomitingss sometimes as not regularyyy.

I frequently get pain in the back portion of anus. I had blood in January in stool once and since then i was prescribed aesculus ointment for the issue by homoeopathic doctor. The pain subsides much on applying it. It mainly pains after straining a little and subsides after sometime. There is no pain while defecation but it starts afterwards. The homoeopathic doctor didn't identified it as haemorrhoids. And i too don't have blood or bulge like feeling. But yes when there is pain then i experience swelling in anus also which is in whole portion. So is that a fissure only?

I'm always naseuous I don't really know why. I've been taking omeprazole, esomeprazole and pantoprazole for three weeks already and nothing really changed. I don't feel well even though I'm taking gaviscon when I feel nauseous.
