Blood in stool for 3 to 5 days and then stops for 1-2 months and then again reoccurs with mild pain could it be piles or something else

He is suffering from gas problem. Most of time feeling bloating. Frequent feeling of incomplete burping. Severe Constipation inspite of taking Kabz Har. Diabetic. Also suffering from thyroid disorder, bleeding piles.  Please help.

Hello Doctor, I am Ankana and I have problem related my stomach. It is my habit to drink 1 glass of water after waking up every morning. But for few days whenever i drink water in empty stomach in the morning i feel like my stomach expands and after that i feel irritation in my belly. After that whatever i eat i feel nauseauos and don't feel hungry. As well as i feel like my food is not properly digested. Should i not drink water at empty stomach??is it a serious problem?
