Dear Doctor, I have gastric problem the gas come out to the mouth frequently so I get very difficult for these reason I have consult some medicine doctor to solve this matter they have give some medicine to releif from gas after taking their medicine I get releif sometime after that the gastric problem started againa so now I am getting very problem as you know the present situation of pandemic cannot go out to the hospital to look OPD still now I am taking some medicine like Pan D , ulgel and colospa x but from this medicine I cannot get  releif my gastric so what should I do please tell me Doctor.

I hve diagnosed with gerd grade A Esophagitis 2 months ago.. Since then t m taking homeopathy treatment nd it helped me to some extent.. But m not fully cured... So m thinking about taking magnesium as m suffering in getting proper sleep cause i get very uncomfortable when I lay down.. ... So should I take magnesium supplement to help my recovery?

I am having mild pain on my lower right side abdomen. Sometimes it cause sharp pain in that area . Is it appendix

Hello doctors, I am facing severe gastric issues since past 3-4 weeks. Irregular bowel movement since 1.5 months. I have been suggested below medicines for 6 weeks: 1. Zosa L Capsule - once every morning before breakfast. 2. Ribsyn - twice a day before lunch and dinner. 3. Emty (lactulose) 30ml before bed. I have attached my whole abdomen USG report . I have been coughing since months.. Got prescription from two doctors who diagnosed it as GERD. I cannot drink tea empty stomach. I work night shift. Medicines help only for sometime or when it's taken once the dose is over. I start coughing again. Please suggest.

In my LFT test, SGPT level-150, SGOT-77 and GGT-81. In Fibroscan, my kPa was 6.6 and obesity. Total Cholesterol was also high. I was suggested S Methiwave 400( S-Adenosyl methionine) 1-1 after meal, to correct the SGPT levels. But I am feeling odd and anxious after taking it and so taking only 1 tablet of Nusam 400 daily. Please suggest the best dose for me and shall I take it empty stomach or after meal for best results.

I was suffering from upper abdomen pain and acid reflux after taking sucramal-o and nexpro l everything is good. How long one should take these medicines? I'm taking it from last 15 days.
