Good evening Sir/Medam i was suffering last one month in my stomach is irrigation like "IBS" but i have No Report Sir/Medam

Stomach ache since last 2 days. Pain is continuous.  Trouble passing motion - hard and sticky stool, which is generally not the case. Feeling of unclear bowls and need to go. Pain stops if able to pass, but resumes. Pains if tries to walk, on sleeping its bit better. Drinking enough water and diet contains fruits and vegetables. No spicy food. Have been doing some basic yoga as well. Had mucane gel, acilok rd, unionzym, colimex, creamalax. But no relief, pls help.

I am having problem with my liver since two months. In the morning motions are not discharging. Right side nasal blockage. Stomac pot belly fat. Gas generating to much heaviness in chest. Little bit breathing problem. Ultrasound report and LFt and KFT report attached. Please give your valuable advice.

I am having excessive burping since 3 months, a little bloating, having motion twice daily, stools look like the food is not digested well. Please suggest any medication.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am a defence personnel and having stomach problem from last year October. I have to go to washroom for at least thrice a day. The stool sometimes is semi-solid, sometimes viscous but not as solid and thick as to be. I feel bloating regularly. Quantity of gas is also very much. I do work out daily. Eat healthy home made food. Sometimes I feel little pain during passing stool, and I have to push. Every time I come out of toilet as exhausted not being relaxed of emptied. Because I doesn't feel emptied. A number of times I visited MI room but there I get some gas releving and Norflox-TZ medicines. These give temporarily relief. Please suggest some better option/guidance.

Age 24/male I having GERD but no heart burn but feels like some burps struck in throat I thinking like I have Laryngopharyngeal reflux. I also done endoscopy and my doubt is can we check lower esophageal sphincter the connection between both that muscle is tight or not. Doctor have not said about that can you please check my report and say it is fixed tight position or not .thanks

Sir, there is a pain on my left side on my abdomen below ribs, when I stretch my hand and sleep on my left side also there is pain, and when I cough or lough also there is a pain. What will be the main cause of this pain, I had taken some pain killers also for some time there is no pain, later continues.

Any good gastro doctor( only gastro one not general physician) avaible for paid chat right now who can suggest me whether I shud go for MRI or not on basis of my past medical history If yes then with contrast or widout Also need to get second opinion about my problem?
