Hi All, Recently I went through random blood checkup in which my liver blood test shows elevated levels SGPT - 143 SGOT - 130 Although I don't have any Symptoms at all. I concerned with doctor via Tele counselling, He told me to follow healthy diet & life style. Iam very much stressed, please advised me whether it's life threatening for me because I never faced this scenario.

Its not life threatening at all . You can get an USG abdomen done at some Ultrasound centre to c if there are fatty changes in the liver . U must not take alcohol . Take high fibre diet and 2-3 litres of buttermilk daily for one month . Your liver enzymes can come down to normal.
