Stomach Problems & Remedies

I want to ask that how does this loose les tighten and how will my esophagus will cure? I am having swallowing issue like my food is going slowly or it is sticking somewhere! I am worried as will i be able to eat again as i was eating before? My throat also feels tight sometimes after food ! I am attaching my report please suggest best way to heal my Esophagitis and how does it affects swallowing? How much time it will take to heal?

Hello, my age 24/male I having GERD with GASTRITIS but not heartburn only silent reflux which is laryngopharyngeal reflux where always feels like some burps or gas struck in throat and frequentt burps taking pantocid-L and sucrafil-o also I'm following necessary diet all necessary things Now my doubt is if it was not cleared within 3 months will doctor recommend again tablets or need to do surgery if surgery what type of surgery they will do it is complicated or easy how do they know my esophagus sphincter is not tight? Will they able to see or they will just guess with symptoms. Also kindly check my report for further doubts

From some weeks I my stool is harder but not like constipation, in regular bowl movement I feel stool is firm hard and some time feel pain near bottom to pass what is the reason please suggest

There is an irregular bleeding in stool with mild pain in the lower abdomen. Buy there is no pain in the Anus during motion.

Hello sir/medam, I have vomited blood (300 ml approx) on yesterday for the first time. Day before I have consumed more alcohol (600 to 700 ml). I have abdominal pain also. Can you tell me why this is caused. I am getting so much worried as I saw blood in my vomit. Is this because of consuming more alcohol or some other reason. Please help me. Thanks, Siva Teja
