Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi. Almost every night during bed time my stomach gets tight and i get uncomfortable, using antacid and gas medecines like eno have now became a routine work. sometimes i even face chest congestion and it results in heavy breathing which makes ne feel very uncomfortable. No matter what i eat or how much i check my diet this problem will surely arise 90%of times. What should I do??

I entered to ug college 2 years back it is my first time staying in hostel in chennai.intially it was only when i go to hostel after vacation i use to feel for few days. Later since year even though i left hostel and staying in appartment i feel bloated belching and flatulence from lunch hour till evening i use wahroom with major gas .it was continuing daily and due to covid i am staying in my home i experienced this during pms according to google it says its normal but few days even its not pms iam feeling like this pleace can you help me

My wife is getting pain in epigastric sometimes. Feeling hard on the area also. Can you please suggest any treatment for it?

What should i do sir to treat this as doctor says it as GERD. I am taking nexpro 40mg daily in the morning. I want to get rid of this problem as i am facing this after two times typhoid and h pylori treatment.

Sir/madam my age is 35 am non diabetic and non smoker since 2 weeks am felling fullness and chest pressure and also back ache I did ultrasound of abdomen in april report is fine am on medication like metrogyl 200 neopride and looz syrup as recommended but still problems arises I noticed once fresh blood in stool once but later it was fine in june I did general health check up and everything was fine please suggest ?

Sgpt-323 and sgot-143 post 1 wk of anti tb treatment. I'm hhh non reactive, asymptomatic and usg abdo is also normal.I am off TB meds since a week because of high lft.when will my lft become normal so that I can start my tb meds and there's a falling trend in my lft levels.should I eat some specific food so that lft becomes normal fast?

Since last 15-20 days, facing upset stomach and extreme acidity. Had to take lopamide to control bowel movement. Took course of brakke for 5 days as well . No relief 5 yrs back had hepatitis since then many times fave digestive issues

I have constipation problem n i take duphalac syrup.But i also have high acidity problem due to which i have chestburn issue nand i feel like something is stuck in throat.suggest me syrup to take daily for acidity with duphalac suspension

I had constipation for last 3 days and was either unable to pass stool or passing very little amount. Now today out of nowhere I had diarrhoea that was foamy, like really with lot of white foam. The stooll itself was not white though. I have no abdominal pain, or pain otherwise. Nor am I passing stool several times. Just once as of today. Is it because of milk consumption? What is wrong for now I am genuinely worried?
