Require advice for my mother who is 62 yrs old  experiencing abdominal cramps pain just next to ribs . She takes dulcolax daily for some months due to constipation problem . Are the safe alternatives to dulcolax for daily use for constipation problem. Much appreciate kind expert advice.

Can stool gram stain detect intestinal or colonic tuberculosis ? What is the use of stool gram stain ? When is it ordered by the doctor ? Are there any other test to check & confirm intestinal tuberculosis of the jejunum or ileum region ?

I had last endo around 20 months back which showed GERD ( LES completely open) and small sliding hernia.. I took meds for some time then left it.. Then full 2019 no symptoms hence no meds and my diet full of junk food.. Since lockdown started I am having painful swallowing and mucus in mouth frequently. Doc says no need to repeat endo and stay on meds for 2-3 months atleast.. I have been pushing him for endo but he keeps telling me that acc to guidlines if first endo didnt show signs of damage then second shud be repeated after 3 years only.. Plz tell he if he is right or shall I change doctor

Indigestion pbm am facing from some days... Vomiting sensation.. Acidic in nature.. Some times in early mrng getting headache.. Mrng time in urinary system getting pain. If I go there or four times to urinate but early morning at 6 or 7 feeling like pain in urine system I won't take any oil food but happens this type of pbm help sir

Sir, I m regular drinker.I had done fibroscan and mean ARFI value shows 1.54m/sec and suggestive fibrosis. Prescribed medicine sameral 400 and Aminolive 600.is fibrosis is reversible?
