Im not feeling hungry for long time in a day. If i take 4soaked almonds in early morning im not feeling any hunger for another 30mins. And even feeling full for small meals. If i take 2 idli( south indian breakfast) im not feeling hungry for next 2-3 hours. For lunch it is taking longer time and stomach fullness after 2-3 spoons of rice.
Im worried about this. At this time im not able to go to any dr. Let me know the problem. Is this worrisome?
