Why I always get bloating issue and gas Taking so many medicine can't i get permanent cure for this

How to get rid of Constipation and fart. Suggest me in what way i can get rid of these two issues. What kind of food you doctor want to suggest me.

Hi, I am 39 year old, height 5'7 & weight 67 kg. I am consuming 2 spoons of duphalac for last 3 years for constipation issue due to which I feel better. Is consuming Duphalac safe. Can it affect liver, intenstine or stomach? Can it lead to anxiety issue or any other health issue if I continue consuming it? Are there any other substitute to Duphalac?

I had been taking supradyn multivitamin twice a day and I have observed blackish colour stool. Is it due to supradyn multivitamin?
