I got my ultrasound report today in report they mention  LIVER: normal in size(span138 mm) and shows diffuse increased echogenicity s/o- fatty infiltration.  No focal lesion in seen . Intraheparic billary radiicalare normal .portal vein is normal 1 Fatty liver 2 left lower ureteric calculus resulting in upstream mild hydroureteronephrosis
