My stomach feels very full and keep burping ! And also dont feel like eating and also feeling difficulty in stool! My doctor gave me RIFAGUT 550 and told me to wait for 20 days! NOT HAVING any kind of abdominal pain! What is the reason?

Take tab pantocid L bd for 2 weeks. Prokinetic in the tab will clear fullness.
