Hello respected Doctors I've been experiencing constant sounds from stomach also upper abdomen pain 3-4 inches above the navel please help is there anything serious

High Alkaline Phosphatase 160 in my mother liver function test. All the other values of the liver function tests are normal. She had a gallbladder surgery due to gallstone 2 years back. So her gallbladder got removed that time. Her Kidney Function Test Values Are.. Serum Creatinine- 0.87, BUN- 6.29 In Her CBC Report, Her Absolute Eosinophil Count Was - 1590, Hemoglobin- 10.9, RBC-4.0. My Mother Is Facing Constipation, Gas, bloating and Decrease In Appetite Problem. She Has Become Too Weak. She Only eats 3 rotis in a whole day and 2 glass Juice. Please Suggest Me What the real cause of these problems are and help me. Thank You

Respected Doctors From past 3 days I'm suffering from Pain 3 to 4 inches above my navel also I'm experiencing gurgles from my abdomen and burping It feels very heavy at the sight of pain and is more prominent when i apply pressure on area Taking pentocid from 3 days also having sucralfate syp after food I had CBC done which is normal had Sonography that shows MILD GASTRIC PYLORIC WALL EDEMA I'm really anxious and disturbed whether it's something serious or maybe cancer Please help me I've attached my Sonography report below
