Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having stomach pain from past 2-3 days, My stomach bloats when ever i eat something. Now its bloated mostly evry time. I feel pinch kind of pain on stomach.

When I woke-up  in the morning than suddenly started belching, cramping with Gas in my stomach and bowel, lot of sound from my bowel with gas and at the time of passing the stool than I have to first passing gas and then passing stool with loud sound and whole day I have to go many times for washroom and cramping my large intestine at left side. I have tried to fit my life style and meals than also I did not get any relief. It was uncomfortable for me I have this problem since 2015. And there is no pain exept blotting. What it can be ?

I am having gas,mild diarrhea..I got the whole abdomen ultrasound done for it..But i dont see any information regarding intestines in the report..So the whole abdomen includes both intestines or we have a separate ultrasound for it

It's been 1.5 month approx. since I have experienced subsequent symptoms; inflammation on the upper left area of the abdomen, feeling that my stomach is full without food consumption, a little bit of urge to vomit especially in morning when I drink water, slight constipation with dark brown stools, bowels not cleared efficiently. I have taken Pantop-DSR and duphalac 20 ml once a day for 15 days but there has been very little improvement. I have been avoiding outside made food items for a month. Above everything else, I am scared if I have some serious medical condition in my abdomen like some cancer, fatty liver disease or any other condition? Kindly help.

I have blood tested recently and found my tricyliceride 300 and SGPT Alt level97 Is it dangerous should take medication or can manage with diet and proper excersise?

Last 3 months I have suffering from acid reflux and I had consult doctors and taking medicine but the medicine didn't work properly.Now I feeling sick .when I eat or drink something I feel that stuck in my throat and when I eat something there some sounds in my stomach and tasteless  fomey water comes from stomach and don't comeing clear burping. Sometimes feeling burn sansation in stomach . always feeling chest discomfort. Please help me to come out from this.

Sir, Why my stool color is yellow from past five months...it consistently came yellow.cheacked for bile acid test and it came normal... however continuation of yellow color stools ,no diarrhea,but sometime constipation which is limited to just hard stools but happen once in month...also facing hepatomegaly from three months,liver size is 15.8 cm. Went for endoscopy which says PANGASTRITIS WITH GERD LA-B ...stool routine test report is attached . kindly see and suggest.
