I have problem from last 2 months of fatty liver, feelings acid reflux after eating anything, regular burping after stool pass, abdomen pain, back pain in both shoulders and between shoulders and belly pain, stomach pain also. Nothing is digested even daliya

My ultrasound shows few Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in the abdomen,largest m/s 23*9.2mm(TR*AP).Is there any reason to worry plus can I have milk as I go to the gym for protien I need to have milk.

I'm currently using prescribed anovate cream after blood comes in stool one day, but I'm afraid that it has Phenylephrine (0.10% w/w)+ Beclometasone (0.025% w/w)+ Lidocaine (2.50% w/w) where beclometasone is steroid ..and im using it inside anus ...can it be harmful for me ? BECAUSE I saw everything bad about it and this worry can't let me sleep properly.please guide me .

Hello Doctor, I am facing too much belching problem after drinking water after food. I usually drink water after 1 hours of food and as soon as I drink water it started belching too many. Please suggest me what to do.

I have frequent issues with my bowel habits and also have regular epidodes of acidity and vomitting. I do not eat outside food, have 2 cups of tea daily. I avoid spicy food.
