Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi Sir, I have been suffering from 98.6-99.3 fever since last few months which come mostly in afternoon. I have persistent irritation in lower neck and on endoscopy of abdomen it was lex 20% lose. I have taken lot of acidity tablets with life modifications and nothing helps. I have done cbc lft kft esr procalcitonin dengue typhoid malaria and xray of chest. Everything is normal. Can the issue in esophageal cause low grade fever or is it some infection.

If I intake more water, my stomach bloats.. Dizziness...... Pain in joints........ Fatigue..........

I am getting light pain in my right side of abdomen,in reports it was shown gb dust.how to get recover from that

IBS havevtaken for the last two days rifagut400 and Econorm. There is betterment . But eating semi solid food creates discomfort in the stomach and settles after 1 hour (gas ) with liquid diet no issue. Should any more antibiotics to be included and any gas receipe I gotta medicine to be taken

I am having trapped gas in chest from last few months. It causes stiffness in left part of chrst. What can it be ??????

When wipe off my anus I feel three lumps type structure which after sometime of pooping go inside again so it the cause of blood in my stool sometimes...
