Day by Day increasing my tummy make me uncomfortable while sitting, bending, walking etc. I don't have digestion problem.

Sir/mam my sister have constantly pain in her stomach since many years. We had consulted many doctors but not enough relief gained. Problem is that all reports are normal but pain is constant sometimes it's in middle or sometime by side. Please help

I have gastritis problem. Since last 2 months having severe bloating, shortness of breathe , too medicines and doing ok, but bloating is still there and shortness of breathe also but mildly. If I eat chapatti or some food it triggers and my tummy becomes bloated with lil shortness of breathe . Sometimes feels something is stuck in throat and feel tightness . Let me know wat I have to do . Should I really get an endoscopy done . Now I am on Ayurvedic treatment

I consumed alcohol on sunday and threw up the same day and next day i had bad hangover and threw up again after i had breakfast. Evening i was all fine had my reg dinner ,but was lil weak. My H Pylori antigen, Rapid Stool test has come positive. The doctor has recommended endoscopic biopsy to confirm the infection. Is stool H Pylori not confirmatory? Do I still need an endoscopy biopsy to confirm the same? I am attaching my reports here.
