Stomach Problems & Remedies

My mother who is 67 years old is experiencing difficulty swallowing food from few days along with some acidity. Her doctor advised endoscopy upper gi . Is there anything we can do to give her temporary relief to throat .is endoscopy only way to know the problem.

Due to throat inspection i visited ENT he diagnose GERD and one antibiotic and antacid given 4 seven days. After 7 days i again visited known ENT he told there is no GERD but he gave antacid.which due to stomach upset though i gone one time stool. I discontinued the medicine.i consulted practo he advised endoscopy which due to period not good for procedural. I told him to give medicines till i arrange endoscopy. Pl advice what to eat so that constipation may solved and i get relief from gas also. Give chart if any eatable due to these problems. All blood tests r normal done 20 days ago

My father who is 74 yrs, fell ill 10 days ago with fever and bodyache. After consultation with our regular doctor, he was put under certain medications. Now he recovered from fever but still he is not liking any food intake & hence became too much weak. I am too concerned about his health. What should I do? The medicines he is consuming are : OMEE D, Ezecet 10, SUMO Pain Reliever, Tox O Antibiotic, Cachlactin Syrup. Glucose Drip was also given thru IV. Please suggest further. He is not taking any food since last 2 days.

My father (Age66) recently developed stomach burning sensations ,doctor prescribed medicines are as below 1veloz -20 2 levazeo 75 MG tablet SR after taking these medicines for past one month ,father is having sleeping problems headache tiredness in his body .could you please help us to guide the prescribed medicines are ok to continue for two months .along with this tablet due to sleeplessness psychiatrist suggested to take neulora tablet for sleeping .

TGL/HDL RATIO : 8.2 alkaline phosphate:173.9 LDL CHOLESTROL: 161.  I had e pylori positive 10 years back and taken medicine at that time. Pain in upper abdomen I below the test near duedenum.

Patient age :70. As per his MRI and CT  report there seems to be stone in gallbladder and bile duct.  He is also having jaudice with high  biliburin and high alkaline phosphatase. Report: Gall bladder is well distended and shows multiple T2 hypointense signal voids in the gall bladder lumen average size 13 – 14 mm suggestive of cholelithiasis. Ill defined T2W hypointensity is seen in the GB lumen - likely sludge.  CBD is dilated measuring 20 mm in its maximum diameter with upstream bilobar IHBR dilatation, Two calculi are seen in the distal CBD, one just above the ampulla of vater. The other calculus in distal CBD measures 17 (CC) x 10 (TR) x 12 (AP) mm.  Cystic duct is dilated measuring 12 mm and shows sludge within. As per my understanding bile duct stone can be removed through ERCP and also gallbladder can be removed through surgery.  Can patient go for only ERCP?  please suggest in what cases gallbladder to be removed? 

Diagnosed with gastritis...lost 3 kg weight from mrch having black specks in stool?is black speck is a symptom og gastritis... I dnt have black stool.. I usually have brown stool

My mother is having severe acidity since 10 days, whenever she eats food she says its so salty and feel like vomiting after having food. After eating food she feels as if her waist pain has increased. At night she has to take pain killer to reduce the pain and sleep and mostly have sleepless nights.

Hi All - My liver enzymes values are high, please suggest me whether I need to report to doctor immediately. Iam following proper diet from last 1 week and liv 52. Lemon water at morning yoga and excersie. Additionally I don't have much acidity problem now. Report has been attached. Please advice me.

I am confused should I take paid prescription or not my problem is this I am having 14year hypertension problem ,due to taking medicine for this I am having constipation problem .due to constipation I am having acid reflux problem  and due to acid reflux I am having teeth and other mouth problem .and now all are in chronic stage.please advice me what should I do now
