Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I have been facing digestion issues from last 5 to 6 months. Earlier I faced hyperacidity. I took medicines for hyperacidity. I had heart burn issues Later when I started to control on food habits like I was eating only rice and light food. Even after eating right ate, I had really bad loose motions couple  of times. Even now Certain food doesn't go down well and my stomach starts growling and results in tarry stool. Twice I saw little blood in my stool. I have lost 6 KG of weight. As per doctor I did sugar test and full abdomen sonography. Attaching the test results Pls suggest what needs to be done

Lately, I have been experiencing my stomach is full, even tho if I eat less or haven't eaten anything in hours. And if I try to eat, it feels like vomiting. I am looking for opinions regarding this. If I have to take any tests or whatsoever so that I can eat like normal once again. I used to take whey gainer. I only did that for 2 months i.e. Jan and feb. Is this thing related to its side effect? Please share your thoughts. I like to know what options I have.

Hi, I have been diagnosed by Umbilical Urachal Sinus.. i had constant stomach pain so i went for CT and was diagnosed by this. Doctor prescribed anti biotics and issue was solved for a month again it started pain is on & off and its more when bladder is full (on the right abdomen side) Pls advise, why the pain is on right lower quadrant when it is located near the belly region? Getting it excised will solve problem? Generally i have phobia with medical procedures so trying to avoid surgery..

Sir, I got diarrhea for 2 days, and my stool become black, so i take Rovo OZ and Nort z tablet,and now it stop diarrhea but my stool is still becoming black, is this normal or should i take other medicine, and please tell what is the causes of this black stool please advice me.. As covid 19 pandemic i can't go out..

From yesterday I am not getting motion what to do... One of doctor suggested cremaffin plus so any suggestions

While defecation irritation is there, daily 3 times i defecate. Stomach bloats and there is no pain in stomach or in the anus. What is the problem? How to rectify it? Thanks in advance.

Sir my elder brother is having drop in his blood platelets. 10 days back it came to 20,000. Then we admitted him and gave 4 unit platelets and now it's 47,000. As I am from Assam here doctor are unable to tell the exact reason for this. Please help me sir what should I do

Constipation problem , harden stool while passing motion having pain and blood strain some times . This is not regular when I am taking masala food only this happens .

There's no bleeding or any pain. But I do have right abdomen pain and discomfort since over 10 months for which I have undergone various tests ( ultrasound, endoscopy, ct scan with contrast). All were normal except for mild fatty liver. When I check online about flat stools it shows colon cancer. The doctor has diagnosed me with IBS. But I have only 1 bowel movement a day. Should I go for any other investigations? I am scared to go to the hospital because of the pandemic.

Dear doctor I have diagnosed with hiatus hernia 1 year back by the symptoms of upper abdomen pain. Presently I am not taking any medicine. But some time there is a pain in upper abdomen and go back by own after sometime. Not regularly. No any other problem. No burning sensation fell in throt and food pipe. Just sometime pain in upper abdomen . What should I do.
