Hi, I am not getting stool from past 7 days and I am having food regularly and doing everything but no use. Please suggest a solution for this constipation problem.

Hello doctor.. Please give me some suggestions about gastritis supplements.. Which supplements can I take for gastritis? I avoid tea, coffee, lactose, gluten, junk food or any kind of trigger food. But still feel pain in my upper abdomen after meal. I think what I eat that doesn't digest properly. I tried digestive enzymes and probiotic also. Please tell me about other natural supplements. Iam male aged 33 years after i finish my lunch of 4 rotis and curry my stomach blows up like up baloon and remains like that for atleast 2 to 3..Chest and upper abdomen feels very tight and finding very hard to breathe and upper left  back also hurts..Dont know what to do...Talking is also very difficult during this time...Pls help me and provide me some solution.

Sir I have stomach issue from past 4 years. H pylori positive and grade 1 fatty liver before 1 year. Due to some family issues. I drink daily to sleep well. My stomach always pain and burn. Difficult peeing. Full dust in stool. Now I feel to live happy in future. I understand my liver would have greatly damaged. I planted to visit doctor on 7th sep. Would you please advise what all test should I take to know liver function and stomach related so that I don't delay in doctor visit. Also is am working. So no leaves. Please advise me all reports to be taken for liver function and stomach burning. Male 38 years Chennai

I am suffering from epigastric pain and GERD since 1 and 1/2 year.. I have been diagnosed with h pylori.. Dr advised Amoxicillin1gm clarithromycin 500mgpantaprazole for 14 days after that I dint get relief.. Then took endoscopy-RUT came positive.. Dr advised Bismuth combination quadruple therapy(Bismuth, metronidazole, tetracycline 4 times per day and pantaprazole)for 14 days.. I have completed the course.. But After this course am getting more epigastric pain and irritation in umbilical region.. If I eat little bit also I get pain.. I don't know what to do.. Pls suggest something to get rid of this..

I have did LFT test and ultrasound of Gallbleder. LFT result are total bilirubin 2.3. Direct bilirubin 0.7 and indirect 1.6 rest perameters are normal. Having 9mm gallstone but no pain in stomach, no vometing, fever. Only my eyes color changed to little bit yellow. Its look having mild jaundice due to gallstone. Do i need to go with gallstone surgery or any other treatment ?
