Stomach Problems & Remedies

My Father has been suffering from Indegestion Problem since past 8 months for which he is taking medicines as mentioned. Father is not keeping well and need a proper solution. Please help.

I was having constipation for one week but now it's a little bit OK, not very well, but still I'm not comfortable with my stomach. There is some pain in right side of stomach but not bother me too much and I'm also having some pain in my heart and uncomfortable head too.

I am suffering from hyper acidity. I am taking a sacroiliac joint pain medicine from last 6 days. Suffering stomach pain. What should i do and. What i need to take care of it.

Suffering from GERD problem with chest tightness and giddiness. Chest tightness releases little after burps with big sounds. Visited Gastroenterologists and taking medicines but problems still continuing. Can gas flow from oesophagus to lungs/chest? Suggested diagnostics and treatments please.

My mother was tested positive for covide on 28/08/20. She is not ready to go for covid testing again. But as per her current blood report(screenshot attached). Her CRP was <0.20, feeritine serum is 130. But she still feel weakness and having gastric symptoms. Please reviews the attached reports and suggest some tonic for diet improvement and body strength.

No significant lymphadenopathy.",Vitamin D is 17, I paas smelly gas throughout the day. I have tried probiotics and worm infection tablet Ivoral forte still same issue. Can gut bacteria imbalance be the problem?
