Mild pain and discomfort in Stomach
Since yesterday my mother is feeling pain in her stomach along with gastric problem. Her stomach is a bit stiff also. Motions are normal. Diet is normal. No fever, cough and cold. Please advise any medicine. She is in a discomfort since yesterday.

Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, take small swallows
Take small frequent meals
Walk for 15 mins post meal
Avoid oily/fried foods
Avoid spicy foods
Avoid aerated drinks & chewing gums
