Gas formation frequently and loose motions . Very slow running of urine during night time after having tablets to control loose motions .

I've been tested positive for widal test on 4 days ago with titration of 1:320for o type and 1:80for h type. I just had two symptoms at that time pain in knee joint and a bit of weakness. There was no pain in abdomen, no loss of appetite nothing like that. Doctor prescribed me pcm tds,doxim cv 200 mg. I started my medication 3 days ago and there was a lot of burping and heartburn but I thought it was maybe due to medicine so I stopped taking paracetamol cause i don't had fever and even now I have normal body temperature. But today i noticed the colour of my stool it was completely black though texture was normal so I again went to the doctor and he told me to stop the medication and prescribed me an anta acid syrup and esophag d tablets for the burping for 3 days and then to back again after 3days. I'm worried whether black colour of stool  was due to medication or is it possible that I might have intestinal perforation?I have a good appetite,no fever nothing just burping and leg pain.

In year 2018 had my polyps Removed whose history is as A) Transverse Colon : 1 cm polyp in proximal B) Asending Colon : 2 polyps of size 1 cm and 4.5 mm C) Caecum : A sessile poly of 7mm Followed polypectomy and removed all . Histopathlogical report - No Parasite /No Granuloma / No Malignancy. Microscopic Examination - Tubular Adenomatous Polyps . Positive Screen lync test - Negative . Year 2019- Follow up colonoscopy and results were normal with no polyps . Revisited doctor - Was asked to follow up colonoscopy in year 2021 Please suggest me what to do , shall I follow it every year or do something else .

Just Today I went for Liver Function test as a part of pre employment medical test SGPT-89 SGOT-34 Total Bilirubin-1.29 Ultrasound normal HbA1c- negative HbsAg- negative Anti Hcv- negative How serious are these values? Will it affect my selection?

Sir in jun I have vomating problem I have done lft test where sogt was 71 and sgpt was 117 and all parameters are in normal limit after taking antacid i m fine now . I have no problem now but today again I have done lft test where sogt is 154 and sgpt is 106 now . I m suffering from grade 1 fatty liver . Currently I am not taking any medication. I m non alcoholic. Sir is any serious problem how to reduce my sogt and sgpt level please suggest me

Hi doctor, In the month of February I was treated for erosive gastritis with h pylori. After the treatment i was on and off suffering from gastric issues.. these days i feel like stomach tightness below the ribs left side of the abdomen.. if not eating on time also i can feel that.. no motion issues, no fever, feeling only tightness.. need suggestions on medication.
