Pain and enlarge lymph nodes. Also.

Hello sir I feel low sensation in my left body and whenever I start walking after,10 minutes my knee start paining and my left hand thumb  and heavy pain from back side of head to  back  shoulder and also not able to bend or popping thumbs. In my legs finger always sticky with each other. After eating anything in centre of abdomen maybe in epigastric region I feel always swelling and pain.Currently I am taking tb medication from 4  months.. all things in only left side so can you please suggest which doctor I need to consult. One more question is it possible to remove this lymph node because I note this lymph node is last from 2 years and maybe it increase and also some short lymph nodes nearby.
