Enlarged Lymph node in rt iliac fossa indicates some precisely unidentified location infection (commonly) or other invasions with in ur abdomen. Safest approach is to go for a whole abdominal CT with oral/IV contrast to confirm if we r not missing anything serious (or) start an empirical antibiotic course for an anticipated intra-abdominal infection. Better to be examined by Doctor before proceeding further.
