My daughter pain in stomach
My daughter suffering from stomach pain from one month she complaining in between not continuous and not severe.
We do ultrasound
Impression:
Minimal free fluid in bilateral iliac fossa.
Few enlarge non necrotic lymph nodes are seen in mesentery , largest measuring 15×5 mm.
She is 4 years old. 15 kg weight.
Please suggest is anything serious or easily recover
