My daughter pain in stomach
My daughter suffering from stomach pain from one month she complaining in between not continuous and not severe. We do ultrasound Impression: Minimal free fluid in bilateral iliac fossa. Few enlarge non necrotic lymph nodes are seen in mesentery , largest measuring 15×5 mm. She is 4 years old. 15 kg weight. Please suggest is anything serious or easily recover

If she has symptoms of evening time fever,loss of appetite and loss weight along with these complaints kindly rule out tuberculosis For children do mantoux test  for Tuberculosis

According to your daughter sign and symptom she is suffering from stomach pain- intermittent type by report minimum free fluid in iliac fosa and enlarge necrotic lymphatic nose
