I was diagnosed with Appendicitis as per USG reports, which showed an Appendicolith measuring 12mm. After having completed the prescribed medicine course for 5 days, I got CT scan done. The CT reports did not show any Appendicolith. And I feel absolutely fine with ni pain/tenderness in the abdominal region. Kindly suggest if surgery is required in such a scenario. Also, I have a few queries as below. 1. If the USG clearly showed the Appendicolith so big, then why was it not shown at all in the CT scan? 2. Is it possible for the Appendix to get inflamed without the presence of an Appendicolith?

Today I checked my thyriod tsh s 7.67. Tpo s 40. I have gastric issue endoscopy came dyspepsia. Due to thyriod I got gastric n bleeding issue. Is it thyriod interlinked wth other organ. Plz clarify. I ask him to send his prescription so that I can also buy from here that medicine .. his doctor prescribe him ppi anti acid and antifungal medicine and a antibiotic injection .. can u take antifungal medicine for throat coz there is started white patches on tonsil and on the roof inside may bhi it’s fungus .. if I can start how much dose I Started n for how long
