Epigastric pain
Hi i m nupur i m experiencing burnig epigastric pain after meals ( when i eat green chillies) i m suspecting a duodenal ulcer may be or GERD , though when i dont eat green chillies i dont experience pain at all , and also i do eat NSAIDS a lot , the pain goes with pudin hara only if it occurs? Should i get it checked or do some dietary modifications first

Avoid spicy and fatty foods avoid milk and milk products except curd avoid citrus fruits drink more water and regular physical activity Go for endoscopy test
