I have been suffering from gastric and too much of fart ( smells a lot) along with constipation ... I will have good food without any junk foods ... Why is it happening so ...

He can't get a regular constipation from 2 days. Therefore he is feeling like nausea.           He is taking accidity Tablet & Digene Syrup for Acid Reflux. Pls suggest any medicine for Constipation.

I have gallbladder stone. And for laparoscopy surgery I underwent some medical tests including ECG. My ECG report says "Sinus Arrhythmia" I want to know whether it's a matter of concern ?are my ECG reports normal?or is there any issue in it?
