Belching Triggers Cough And Phlegm - I Am Getting Belching Which

Belching triggers cough and phlegm

I am getting belching which triggers cough and phlegm. While going motion if i give pressure, it triggers cough and phlegm. Lot of saliva is coming out with phlegm. The phlegm is coming through mouth. Parallelly mucus is coming from nose. What is the problem? Any suggestions?
