Doctor I am having gastric and acidic issues in my stomach leading to constipation and swollen stomach

Fermented foods are good r bad for gerd and gastritis Fermented foods like idly and dosa Why idly dosa cause more bloating

I realised my intestine is not grinding well. When i saw some whole foods in my stool. At first i thought it will ho away but now its been 2 mnths since i m seeing like that Any pre aid will be appreciated.

After eating I feel like something has Stucked in my throat For the whole day And sometimes it's goes with its own . I feel heavy and many a time constipated or stomach not clear properly. I'm trying to loose weight as well but it's reducing very slow inspite of eating in moderation. It's happening for last one month. First time this is happening. And every other day some pimple pop up near my zawline. Please suggest

I m patient of liver cirhosis with Ascitis. Tapped first time water from belly. I was ok after that on medicines but suddenly my abdomen hurts me pain in morning burp alot. Hurt in right side of belly. Plz prescribe me proper medicine for abdominal pain and burping alot. My creatinine level is 1.5 and albumin is 2.6.other tests are ok.

I had an severe stomach infection 3 months ago I have loose stools and rectal pain later the infection resolved in 15 days then after 10 days symptoms recured doctor did sigmodoscopy(normal) and given me probiotic. I used to have semi solid stools thereafter with severe rectal pain the good thing is that symptoms improving but rectal pain is reduced but still it is disturbing me but later another problem has happened me I was with   diagnosed overactive bladder Will this problem be resolved or it is chronic to me Please suggest me to reduce rectal pain
