BURPING AND BLOATING
After dinner daily getting burping and after that feel breathing difficult and mild cough and wheezing. Its happening in the evening only.

Thin ribbon shaped loose Stool for 1Mnth
I'm experiencing thin ribbon mucousy shaped stool but not very thin...and loosing weight gradually I'm hypothyroid since March 2020... Also my stomach pain sometimes ..my right back and pelvis is paining what would be the reason behind this ?
