I suffer from gerd since 1 year I am very upset with this disease Can i have surgery on my own choice

My mother was suffering from high blood pressure and urine infection earlier and continuous vomit day-to-day. One night her B.P. increased drastically and she had short breath, her oxygen level was 66. I admitted her in hospital. She did not have COVID-19. They shifter her in MICU with continuous oxygen. Doctors did some tests and investigations and found that she has liver, kidney and blood infection. She had some water in her lungs too (short breath was due to this). They started their treatment and her condition improves and she discharged from hospital after 15 days however now her b.p. is controlled and urine is fine but no improvement for vomit. She is unable to eat anything as it comes out as a result of vomitting. We consulted with our doctor and they prescribed some medicines but there are not much results. Now the main concern is vomit. I am worried and want to consult with other doctors. I have all tests and reports. Kindly advise me in this regards. Thank you!

I feel so gassy when i visit other place( aunt 15 min away) and also when i talk alot i feel gassy, and during college after lunch break i start feeling gassy again. Is it acidity or some other like ibs should i consult doctor or is this normal few times. But this started since more then year could u please help thank you

Hi i m 32 yrs old female.. in past before 4 yrs i diagnosed wt GERD .. that time my doctor prescribed me razo20 and sparacide ds After few months my all symptones gone and ill normal.. some time i feel acidity so i take rozo 2 or 3 days continew and my symptoms settle.. now from 1 week i suffering same proble but wt vomiting. Actuly when ever i eat late at night i feel something stuck in my chest and i vomit.. this is happen daily wy me now... why vomiting is happen it is any serious problem? But at day i m not vomit food it digest but at night its not.. what can i do.. and suffering frm heavy acidity and reflex someting stuck in my chest is very bad feeling plz guide me for that.. actuly i put lot of wt now a days and my sleep is also poor.. mt height is 4.11 and wt is 69 kg

I have acid reflux problem. Food comes into the food pipe and create throat itching problem. Doctor gave me omez 20. Everyday I take one omez20.can I take it regularly?

Hai i am having pain back of my neck from rightside to the right shoulder and also i am having pain from the back bone down the neck and pain jn the middle of my back sometimes i am having pain in my right hand till the half sleeve length, am unable to sleep on my right side and i get burps when i do massage on the pain side, can anyone sought me the problem what it is why i am getting pain

I have stomach bloating due to which I always have heavy head. In latest reports my sodium (132) Urine sodium (56) urine potassium (10.80) and Urine iodine (57). I take thyroid since 15 years. What do you suggest? Thanks
