Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from Gerd since last six months can I go for laparoscopy fundoplication surgery for treatment and better quality of life

Since yesterday my mother is feeling pain in her stomach along with gastric problem. Her stomach is a bit stiff also. Motions are normal. Diet is normal. No fever, cough and cold. Please advise any medicine. She is in a discomfort since yesterday.

Almost every time i experience that stool remains inside the anus and doesn't get evacuated completely and feels uncomfortable. I think it to be because of low fiber in diet but as soon as i eat fiber diet it causes gas especially cucumber and fruits like papaya(sometimes). The faeces passes out if strained but yet not completely. Due to straining sometimes fissure develops which i had discussed with homoeopathic doctor who gave me aesculus ointment for that so it resolves but the incomplete evacuation is continuing. Even if i get pressure in morning then also i spend approx 40 min because faeces doesn't evacuate completely in single turn. I am also a patient of gas since childhood. What i should do for that and i came across many manual evacuation articles on internet so is it okay if evacuated manually? I tried isabgol also it favours too but I can't reside on isabgol or any laxative for everytime.

Hi i use to hold my stomach many times to hide abdominal fat.  now iam suffering from stomach problem 1 month back i got typhoid fever from that time digetion is not proper abdominal is cramping upper and lower. feeling full after eating litte. than hungry after half an hour.few months back i stopped holding the stomach. still iam confused an i have taken many scans but the problem unidentify. an also consulted gastroetenology but not relief.

This morning I had breakfast with 4 idli and 2 eggs later I went on travelling and when I reach back it was 2pm and I'm hungry i ate banana and sithapal. After some time like 5 to mins i have pain in.my abdomen and had gastric problem.i have BP and Gastric prb earlier. To get relief can you please suggest the things need to taken care.

Hello sir I feel low sensation in my left body and whenever I start walking after,10 minutes my knee start paining and my left hand thumb  and heavy pain from back side of head to  back  shoulder and also not able to bend or popping thumbs. In my legs finger always sticky with each other. After eating anything in centre of abdomen maybe in epigastric region I feel always swelling and pain.Currently I am taking tb medication from 4  months.. all things in only left side so can you please suggest which doctor I need to consult. One more question is it possible to remove this lymph node because I note this lymph node is last from 2 years and maybe it increase and also some short lymph nodes nearby.
